It is produced by hot rolling from structural alloy steel grade 18XGT (20MnCr5 / 1.7147) in accordance with DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE).

The standard length is 3-6 m, with a cross-sectional diameter of 210 mm.

One linear meter weighs 271.9 kg, and one ton contains 3.7 m of rolled product.

This product is used as a blank for seamless pipes of various diameters, as well as for the manufacture of springs, bushings, valves, hardware, and axial and shaft components.

It is frequently utilized in the production of metal-cutting tools and in the development of various structures for industrial and private construction.
