Description
Steel round bar 240 mm 20X(20Cr4 / 1.7027) is a solid, round bar made of structural alloy steel grade 20X(20Cr4 / 1.7027). It is produced at rolling mills by hot deformation from solid ingots and slabs, according to the DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE) standard. It is produced in 2-6 meter lengths. The weight of one meter is 356 kg, and one ton measures 2.8 meters. The cross-sectional diameter is 240 mm.
This product is often used as a billet for rolled pipes and valves, and in the manufacture of shafts, pins, railroad fasteners, and other small spring-type parts requiring increased strength and elasticity. It is also used in various frame structures in industrial and private construction.
