Description

Steel round bar 240 mm 25XGT (25MnCr5 / 1.7141) is a solid bar with a circular cross-section and a diameter of 240 mm. The weight of one linear meter is 355.1 kg, and one ton of rolled steel corresponds to 2.8 m. Standard lengths range from 3 to 6 m.

Steel round bar is produced by hot rolling structural alloy steel grade 25XGT (25MnCr5 / 1.7141) in accordance with DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE). Due to its high resistance to mechanical stress, it is used as a billet for cemented parts such as bushings, gears, clips, sleeves, disks, plungers, and levers that operate under high friction and are subject to variable and impact loads.

It is widely used in the fabrication of various metal structures and reinforcements.
