Description
Steel round bar 250 mm 36CrNiMo4 / 1.6511 is a smooth bar made of structural steel alloyed with chromium, nickel, and molybdenum, grade 36CrNiMo4 / 1.6511. It is produced on rolling mills by hot forming from solid billets. The production standard is EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE. It is available in lengths of 2–6 meters.
The weight of one meter of the product is 386 kg; the yield per ton is 2.6 m. The cross-sectional diameter is 250 mm. This steel grade exhibits good weldability when preheated.
It is used in the automotive industry, agricultural machinery manufacturing, machine tool building, and the production of railroad fasteners to create critical components with high wear resistance requirements. It is also utilized in the manufacturing of seamless pipes.
