Description
Steel round bar 260 mm 20X2N4A (19CrNi8 / 1.5924) is a cylindrical billet with a cross-sectional diameter of 260 mm. It is produced in accordance with DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE) in lengths of 2–6 m. The weight of one meter of rolled steel is 417.8 kg, with approximately 2.4 m per ton.
It is manufactured by forming preheated slabs of 20X2N4A (19CrNi8 / 1.5924), a structural steel alloyed with chromium and nickel, on rolling mills. Due to its properties, it is an excellent choice for producing parts that require high strength, shock and wear resistance, and high-temperature resistance, such as gears, piston pins, and rollers. This steel ensures reliability and durability in demanding operating conditions.
