Steel round bar 260 mm 35XGSA (35CrMnSi4-4 / 1.7242) is a solid structural alloy steel bar with a circular cross-section and a diameter of 260 mm. The weight per linear meter is 416.78 kg, with approximately 2.4 meters of rolled steel per ton. It is supplied in lengths of 2-6 meters.

The round bar is produced by hot rolling a billet through a rolling mill. The production process complies with DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE).

This steel is used for manufacturing high-strength components in the automotive industry, agricultural machinery, machine tools and instrumentation, railroad fasteners, and seamless rolled rings for various applications.
