Description
Steel round bar 270 mm 40XN (40NiCr6 / 1.5711) is a solid metal bar with a circular cross-section. The diameter is 270 mm. Production meetsлет the requirements of DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE). The standard length is 2-6 m. The weight per linear meter is 449.5 kg, and the length per ton is 2.2 m.
This product is manufactured by hot rolling a billet on rolling mills using rotating rolls made of 40XN (40NiCr6 / 1.5711) structural alloy steel.
This rolled steel is widely used in construction as a foundation for metal structures and supports, and in mechanical engineering as a blank for parts requiring high core strength and toughness, such as spindles, bolts, levers, rods, cylinders, and rolls for rail, structural steel, and heavy section mills.
