Steel round bar 280 mm 09G2S (S355J2 / 1.0577) is a solid cylindrical billet made of heat-resistant low-alloy structural steel grade 09G2S (S355J2 / 1.0577) with a diameter of 280 mm. A running meter weighs 483.1 kg, with 2.1 meters of rolled steel per ton. It is available from the warehouse in lengths of 2-6 m.

This round steel is produced by hot rolling. The production standards are DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE). This steel grade offers excellent weldability.

It is used for manufacturing elements and components of welded metal structures capable of operating across a wide temperature range. It is widely applied in the oil and chemical industries, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, and for pipeline fittings.
