Steel round bar 290 18XGT (20MnCr5 / 1.7147) is an elongated cylindrical rolled metal product. The standard length of the product is 3–6 m. A running meter weighs 518.51 kg, and the length of one ton is approximately 1.9 m. The diameter is 290 mm.

It is produced in accordance with DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE) using hot-rolling technology from 18XGT (20MnCr5 / 1.7147), a structural chrome-manganese steel.

In the engineering industry, this steel is used to manufacture components such as gears, rollers, pins, guides, and other critical parts for various mechanisms. It serves as a raw material for pipeline fittings, as well as seamless and spiral-welded pipes. In the construction industry, it is used for the erection of welded steel structures.
