Description

Steel round bar 290 mm 30XMA (30CrMo4 / 1.7218) is a cylindrical bar with a cross-sectional diameter of 290 mm. It is manufactured in accordance with DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE) in lengths of 2-6 m. The weight of one meter of rolled steel is 518.2 kg, and one ton contains 1.9 meters of steel.

It is produced by hot rolling preheated slabs of 30XMA (30CrMo4 / 1.7218), a heat-resistant and relaxation-resistant structural steel alloyed with chromium and molybdenum.

It is used as a starting material for heat-resistant components: trunnions, gears, flanges, studs, nuts, turbine rotors, and disks. It is also utilized for manufacturing heat-treated pipe fittings and piping for chemical and petrochemical plants, as well as spare parts for the automotive and aviation industries.
