34 mm Steel Round Bar 20Cr4 / 1.7027

Steel round bar 34 mm 20X (20Cr4 / 1.7027) is a solid cylindrical billet made of structural alloy steel grade 20X (20Cr4 / 1.7027) with a circular cross-section of 34 mm in diameter. The weight of one linear meter is 7.1 kg, with approximately 140.3 meters per metric ton. Standard production lengths range from 2 to 6 m.

This round bar is manufactured via hot deformation, where the billet is processed through a die on a drawing machine. Production complies with DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE). This steel grade does not require special welding conditions.

It is used for manufacturing abrasion-resistant components such as bushings, shell casings, gears, plungers, and levers. It is also in demand for producing long products, pipeline fittings, and various spare parts in the machine and machine-tool industry, as well as in construction as a reinforcing element.
