Description
Steel round bar 34 mm 40XN2MA (36CrNiMo4 / 1.6511) is a metal billet in the form of a round bar with a diameter of 34 mm. The standard length of the bars is 2–6 m. A running meter weighs 7.13 kg, with 140.3 meters of product per ton.
The rolled product is manufactured in accordance with DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE) from 40XN2MA (36CrNiMo4 / 1.6511) structural alloy steel. It welds well with workpiece preheating.
These round bars are commonly used to manufacture small, high-strength parts with strict wear resistance requirements: gears, shafts, pins, couplings, tractor engine intake valves, and seamless rolled rings for various purposes. They are frequently used in the automotive and instrumentation industries, as well as in railway construction for parts and fasteners.
