Description
Steel round bar 48 mm S355J2 / 1.0577 is a solid section made of structural low-alloy steel grade S355J2 / 1.0577. It is produced at rolling mills via hot deformation from solid ingots and slabs. Quality is regulated by EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE. The product is supplied in 2-6 m lengths. The weight per meter is 14.2 kg, with 70.4 m of rolled steel per ton. The cross-sectional diameter is 48 mm.
This rolled product is in demand as a billet for seamless pipes and valves, as well as for the manufacture of railway car components. It is used in the production of equipment for the oil and chemical industries and in the design of various frame structures for industrial and private construction.
