Description
Steel round bar 52 mm 35CrMnSi4-4 / 1.7242 is a solid structural alloy steel bar. The cross-section is circular with a diameter of 52 mm. It is produced at rolling mills via hot deformation from solid ingots and slabs, in accordance with EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE. It is available in lengths of 2–6 meters. One meter weighs 16.6 kg, and one ton is 60 m long.
This rolled product is in demand as a billet for seamless pipes and valves, as well as in the production of shafts, pins, railroad track fasteners, and other small spring-type parts requiring high elasticity and wear resistance. It is also used in various frame structures for industrial and private construction.
