Steel round bar 58 mm 35XGSA (35CrMnSi4-4 / 1.7242) is a cylindrical rolled steel product with a cross-sectional diameter of 58 mm. It is manufactured in accordance with DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE) in lengths of 2–6 m. The weight of one meter of rolled steel is 20.74 kg, and one ton contains 48.2 m of steel.

It is produced by forming preheated slabs of 35XGSA (35CrMnSi4-4 / 1.7242), a structural steel alloyed with chromium, manganese, and silicon, on rolling mills.

It is used as a raw material for strong, wear-resistant, and resilient spring-type parts of small dimensions: gears, rollers, pins, couplings, and injection valves for tractor engines. It is also in demand for the manufacture of spare parts in the automotive and aviation industries, and in construction to strengthen foundations and vertical and horizontal structures.
