Steel round bar is produced by hot rolling a billet using structural alloy steel grade 20MnCr5 / 1.7147 in accordance with EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE. Due to its resistance to mechanical stress, this steel is used as a high-quality feedstock for manufacturing components requiring high impact strength and core toughness, such as friction discs, piston pins, spring washers, shafts, and collets.
