Description

Steel round bar 70 mm 41CrMo4 / 1.7225 is a smooth cylindrical rod with a cross-sectional dimension of 70 mm. Product quality is regulated by EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE. The length of the product is 2–6 meters. The weight of one meter of rolled steel is 30.2 kg, and the length of a ton is 33.1 m.

It is produced by forming preheated slabs from 41CrMo4 / 1.7225, a structural steel alloyed with chromium and molybdenum, on rolling mills.

It is used in the machine-building industry as a billet for critical general-purpose parts that operate at temperatures up to 400 °C. In the machine-tool industry, the 70 41CrMo4 / 1.7225 circle is used to manufacture shafts, gears, cam couplings, and critical fasteners. It is also used in the manufacture of spare parts in the automotive and aviation industries.
