Description

Steel round bar 80 mm 36CrNiMo4 / 1.6511 is a metal billet in the form of a round bar with a diameter of 80 mm. The standard length is 2–6 meters. A running meter weighs 39.6 kg, with 25.3 meters of product in one ton.

The rolled product is manufactured in accordance with EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE from 36CrNiMo4 / 1.6511 structural alloy steel. It welds well with workpiece preheating.

This round stock is used in the machine and machine tool industry for manufacturing small, improved parts with high wear resistance requirements: gears, shafts, pins, couplings, tractor engine intake valves, and all-rolled rings for various purposes. It is also in demand for producing reinforcing elements in various metal structures, in the automotive and instrumentation industries, and in railway construction for parts and fasteners.
