Description
Steel round bar 90 mm 36CrNiMo4 / 1.6511 is a cylindrical billet with a cross-sectional diameter of 90 mm. It is produced in accordance with EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE in lengths of 2–6 m. The weight of one meter of rolled steel is 50 kg, and one ton weighs 20 m.
It is produced by forming preheated slabs of structural steel alloyed with chromium and nickel on rolling mills.
This steel is used as billet material for improved, small-dimensioned, spring-type parts requiring high strength and wear resistance, such as gears, rollers, pins, couplings, and intake valves for tractor engines. It is also used in manufacturing spare parts for the automotive and aviation industries, and in construction to strengthen foundations and vertical and horizontal structures.
