Description
Round steel forging 230 18KhGT(18CrMn4) is a cylindrical metal billet with a cross-sectional diameter of 230 mm. It is produced in accordance with GOST 4543-71 8478-70 7062-90 (EN10083) in lengths of 2-6 m. The weight of one meter of rolled steel is 326 kg, and the length of one ton is about 3 m. It is made by forging and bulk stamping from 18KhGT(18CrMn4), a structural carbon steel. Forged circles are used as raw materials for further production of parts. They are also used as finished products and can take the form of various levers, connecting rods, crankshafts, fasteners, and gears.
