Forged Steel Round Bar with a diameter of 490 mm is manufactured in accordance with the strict EN 10250 with 2.2 certificate, and the length of such products is supplied in an unmeasured range from 2000 to 6000 mm. This forged steel round represents a solid metal billet of increased density, obtained by open die forging on presses, which guarantees the complete absence of internal defects, pores, and cavities typical of conventional rolled products.

For production, alloyed structural steel grade 41Cr4 / 1.7035 is used, corresponding to the European equivalent 1.7035, which ensures high wear resistance for parts under conditions of intensive cyclic and vibrational loads. Such a steel forged round is optimal for the production of large-scale gears, power shafts of heavy rolling mills, as well as robust hydraulic cylinder bodies and heavily loaded mechanisms.
