We offer industrial metal products, including a Forged Steel Round Bar with a diameter of 560 mm, manufactured in strict compliance with the standards DSTU 9182:2022, DSTU 7806:2015 ( ≈ EN 10250-1 cert. 2.2). This forged steel round bar is supplied in random lengths ranging from 2000 to 6000 mm and represents a dense metallurgical semi-finished product of increased density, obtained by hot forging. This round forging stock is optimally suited for subsequent machining and the production of large-scale structural components.

The reliable forged steel round bar is produced from alloyed case-hardening chromium-manganese steel (18HGT / 18XGT), which is ideal for operation at high speeds under heavy shock loads, ensuring a super-hard, wear-resistant surface with a tough and durable core. These properties are in high demand for the production of heavy crusher shafts, large turbine rotors, powerful backup rolls, and crankshafts for diesel generators with a diameter of 510–650 mm.

UTMK organizes shipments of rolled metal products from warehouses located in Krakow, Varna, Plovdiv, Sofia, Lodz, Warsaw, and Poznan. Sales are available starting from one ton, as well as in retail quantities, with calculations performed strictly according to the actual weight of the batch. Self-pickup and prompt delivery throughout Poland are available, and precise band saw cutting to specified sizes is provided additionally.
