Forged Steel Round Bar with a diameter of 560 mm is manufactured in accordance with EN 10250 with 2.2 certificate and supplied in random lengths from 2000 to 6000 mm. This massive hot-worked product is created by open die forging on presses, which guarantees a dense, fine-grained metal structure free from internal defects, pores, and flakes. Such a semi-finished product serves as a reliable base for deep machining on heavy turning and milling machines.

High-quality C22E / 1.1151 steel is used for production, classified as a low-carbon alloy with maximum plasticity and flawless weldability without strict limitations or preheating. The combination of these characteristics and an impressive cross-section allows the material to be successfully used for the manufacture of heavily loaded large-sized parts, including massive crusher shafts, turbine rotors, backup rolls, and crankshafts of powerful diesel generators.

Products can be purchased at our warehouses in Sofia, Krakow, and Lodz with the possibility of pickup or prompt delivery throughout Poland. Wholesale purchases starting from one tonne as well as retail are available, and payment is made strictly according to the actual weight of the batch. For customer convenience, precise cutting of blanks to a specified size is performed using modern band saws.
