Round Steel Forging 560 mm 30HGSA / 30XGSA

Forged Steel Round Bar with a diameter of 560 mm is manufactured in accordance with DSTU 9182:2022, DSTU 7806:2015 ( ≈ EN 10250-1 cert. 2.2) standards. The product is supplied in random lengths ranging from 2000 to 6000 mm. This solid metal billet of high density is produced by hot forging on presses, which eliminates internal casting defects and guarantees a homogeneous metal structure across the entire cross-section.

Medium-alloy structural steel grade (30HGSA / 30XGSA) is used for manufacturing, providing exceptional strength and excellent impact toughness under significant alternating and dynamic loads. Due to its impressive diameter, the semi-finished product is optimally suited for the production of large-scale industrial components. This category includes massive shafts for heavy crushers, rotors for power turbines, backup rolls for metallurgical mills, and crankshafts for powerful diesel generators.
