Forged Steel Round Bar with a diameter of 570 mm is manufactured in strict accordance with the EN 10250 with 2.2 certificate. The product length ranges from 2000 to 6000 mm in random lengths. This heavy-duty hot-worked semi-finished product is produced using open die forging or stamping methods on presses. This technology effectively eliminates internal defects in the original ingot, densifies the metal structure, and forms an optimal grain flow alignment, which is critical for the reliable operation of heavy equipment.

The product is based on alloy structural steel grade 41Cr4 / 1.7035, which provides excellent wear resistance under intensive cyclic and vibrational loads.
