Description
Forged Steel Round Bar with a nominal cross-section of 570 mm is mass-produced in random lengths ranging from 2 to 6 meters (2000–6000 mm). This type of heavy metal product is manufactured using the open-die hot forging method, which is fully compliant with the stringent regulations of the EN 10250 with 2.2 certificate.
The C45E / 1.1191 carbon structural steel grade offers stable machinability, making it easy to turn and mill on lathes. These physical and mechanical properties, combined with a diameter of 570 mm, make the blank a sought-after raw material for the subsequent production of large turbine rotors, marine crankshafts, discs, and heavy press columns.
Wholesale batches starting from one ton and retail purchases are available for acquisition.
