Description
Steel square 45 mm C45E is a metal billet in the form of a bar with a square cross-section. The bar thickness is 45 mm. A running meter weighs 15.9 kg. There are 62.89 meters of rolled steel in a ton. It is supplied in lengths of 6.05 m.
It is manufactured from structural carbon steel grade C45E in accordance with EN 10059 cert. 3.1 standards. Hot rolling in several stages is used to achieve the required shape and dimensions.
Steel square bars are used in railcar and automotive manufacturing to produce high-strength components, as well as in railway construction and maintenance for fastening rails and sleepers.
