Wear plate 30 Hardox 400 is a premium wear-resistant steel under the Hardox brand, manufactured by the Swedish concern SSAB.

The Brinell hardness of the sheet ranges from 370 to 430 HBW. The nominal thickness is 30 mm. Sheets with widths of 1.5 m and 2 m are available at UTMK metal service centers, with a standard length of 6 m. The weight of a 1.5x6 m sheet is 2106 kg.

Due to its exceptional strength and resistance to mechanical stress, this steel is ideal for manufacturing cutting edges for mechanical shovels, shredder knives and liners, crushers, grinders, and disintegrators, as well as components for dump truck buckets, bulldozers, and loaders. Hardox sheets are also widely used for lining dump truck bodies, heavy-duty trucks, and bunkers to enhance the wear resistance and durability of equipment parts subject to high abrasion.
