Wear plate 36 mm Hardox 400

Hardox 400 wear plate is a premium wear-resistant steel produced by the Swedish concern SSAB.

The Brinell hardness of the material ranges from 370 to 430 HBW. We offer steel plates with a thickness of 36 mm. Sheets with widths of 1.5 m and 2 m are available at UTMK metal depots, with a standard length of 6 m. The weight of a 1.5x6 m sheet is 2527.20 kg.

Hardox steel is characterized by high strength and exceptional resistance to mechanical stress.

It is widely used for manufacturing cutting edges for mechanical shovels and hydraulic hammers, lining gravel chutes, and producing concrete mixer drum blades. These sheets are also utilized as lining material for dump truck bodies, heavy-duty trucks, and industrial bunkers.
