Wear plate 10 Hardox 500 is a high-strength steel plate manufactured by the Swedish company SSAB.

The Brinell hardness of the rolled product ranges from 470 to 540 HBW. Sheets are available in dimensions of 2 m in width and 12 m in length, with a unit weight of 1872 kg and a thickness of 10 mm.

This steel is utilized in the production of agricultural, road construction, and mining equipment. It is also in high demand for manufacturing crushers, grinders, disintegrators, alligator mechanical and hydraulic shears, heavy-duty chain links, railway track components, conveyor screws, and auger drills. Furthermore, it is used for armoring military vehicles, safes, and reinforcing walls and floors.
