Wear-resistant plate 25 Hardox 500 is a high-strength, wear-resistant steel plate with a thickness of 25 mm.
Manufactured by the Swedish steel producer SSAB. The plate is available in widths of 1.5 m or 2 m, with a standard length of 6 m. The unit weight is 1755 kg, and the Brinell hardness ranges from 470 to 540 HBW.
These plates are widely used for armoring military vehicles, civil transport, and secure facilities. They are also ideal for lining dump truck bodies, storage bins, skip hoists, and concrete mixer drums. Furthermore, it serves as a primary material for manufacturing excavator buckets, bulldozer blades, and other heavy-duty attachments subject to extreme abrasive wear.
