Wear-resistant sheet 16 Hardox 550 is a high-quality, durable steel plate manufactured by SSAB.
The product thickness is 16 mm, with a Brinell hardness of 525 - 575 HBW. Available sheets measure 2 m in width and 12 m in length, with a unit weight of 2995.2 kg.
This rolled product is characterized by high toughness, excellent weldability, and good bendability.
Such steel is used for armoring vehicles, reinforcing walls and floors, and lining concrete mixers. It is also used to manufacture hammer crushers for grinding glass and various minerals.
