Wear plate 36 Hardox 600 is a high-strength steel plate under the Hardox brand, manufactured by SSAB.
The plate features a Brinell hardness of 570 - 640 HBW and a thickness of 36mm. Sheets are available in widths of 1.5 m and 2 m, with a standard length of 6 m. The weight of a 1.5x6 m sheet is 2527.2 kg.
This steel grade is characterized by superior impact toughness and resistance to vibration loads.
It is widely used in the manufacturing of presses, excavator buckets, granulator knives, and crushers. It is also utilized in the production of demolition equipment, construction crane components, shredder cutters, prismatic knives, and hammer crushers.
