Description

MARS 440 armor steel plate features a thickness of 8.5 mm and dimensions of 2000x6000 mm. Manufactured by Industeel, ArcelorMittal group, the calculated mass of one plate is 800.70 kg.

This high-toughness defensive grade has a specified Brinell hardness range of 420 – 470 HBW, optimized to resist both heavy abrasive wear and multi-hit ballistic impacts.

It is primarily used for light armored personnel carriers (APCs), military logistics truck bodies, explosive-resistant structures, and shoot-house targets.
