MARS 500 armored steel plate features a thickness of 12 mm and dimensions of 1000x2000 mm. Manufactured by Industeel (ArcelorMittal group), each sheet has a calculated weight of 188.40 kg.

With a certified hardness range of 477 – 534 HBW, this high-strength steel provides an effective protective barrier against multi-hit ballistic threats and industrial abrasive wear. It is widely used for modular shields, security doors, custom machinery covers, and fragment defense curtains.
