Description
MARS 650 ultra-high-hardness defense grade steel plate features a thickness of 6.5 mm and dimensions of 1500x3000 mm. Engineered by Industeel, France, this armor plate has a net weight of 229.61 kg.
With a core hardness of 600 – 670 HBW, it provides maximum protection against armor-piercing projectiles while reducing the total mass of the protective assembly. The steel is manufactured in accordance with stringent defense standards.
It is widely used for heavy military vehicle turrets, spall liners for artillery systems, target practice backstops, and ballistic testing range walls.
