Description
Biconite gasket for DN40 flange is a product for connecting pipes to each other or to shut-off valves, with a smallest diameter of 40 mm. These flange gaskets are manufactured by plotter cutting from biconite, conforming to the GOST 15180-86 / EN 1514-1 standard. They are designed for sealing pipelines operating with water, gasoline, diesel, mineral oils, and their mixtures, at temperatures ranging from -50°C to +150°C and pressures up to 1.6 MPa. The gaskets are composed of an asbestos-containing material, a mixture of chrysotile asbestos fibers, synthetic and natural rubber, fillers, and vulcanizing groups.
