Description
Paronite gasket for DN40 flange is a flat component with bolt and stud holes, ensuring a secure connection of pipeline elements with a smaller diameter of 40 mm. It is manufactured via plotter cutting from paronite, adhering to GOST 15180-86 / EN 1514-1 standards. Unlike rubber gaskets, paronite is a composite of rubber, asbestos, and layered powder fillers, pre-vulcanized and rolled. This process results in a product suitable for a wide range of temperatures and pressures.
Paronite flange gaskets are used to seal joints in pipelines transporting chemically active liquids, oil, gas, fuels, and lubricants. They are particularly useful in the energy and heat and power industries.
