Railway rail R75

Rail R-75 is a steel profiled strip used for railway rails. It can withstand significant dynamic loads.

The standard cutting length is 12.5 m. Product dimensions are: height - 192 mm, head width - 75 mm, and sole width - 150 mm. The weight of one running meter is 74.4 kg; one ton contains approximately 13.4 m.

Produced by hot-rolling at section mills from carbon steel ingots of M76V, M76T, M76VT, and M76C grades (≈ R260, R350HT), its production fully complies with DSTU 4344-2004 / GOST 16210-77 (≈ EN 13674-1).

Rail R-75 is used as a component of link and jointless track for production areas within workshops, entrances to enterprises and main roads, and for arranging turnouts. It is also suitable for railway lines in mines and as a replacement for crane rails of port and conventional cranes. This product is ideal for heavy industrial vehicles.
