It is manufactured by hot deformation of solid cylindrical steel billets. The outer dimension of the product is 160x160 mm, and the wall thickness is 12.0 mm. Delivered in lengths of 4 to 12.5 m. The weight of one linear meter is 53.83 kg, meaning one metric ton contains 17.93 m.

This size is manufactured according to the DSTU 8940 ( ≈ EN 10210-2 ) standard, which in its technical requirements serves as a functional analogue to the European standard EN 10210-2 (for hot-finished structural hollow sections). The base material is structural steel grade 09G2S ( S355J2H ).

The absence of a weld seam guarantees absolute strength and resistance to high bending and torsional loads.
