Seamless hollow section 180x80x5 is a kind of rolled pipe with rectangular cross section, made of steel 20 ( S235JRH ) according to DSTU 8940 ( ≈ EN 10210-2 ) cert. The dimensions of the pipe are 180×80 mm, with a wall thickness of 5 mm. The weight of one meter is 19.63 kg, and there are 50.94 meters in a ton. The pipes are available in sections from 4 to 12 m. The product is formed using progressive hot-rolling technology of carbon alloy 20 ( S235JRH ). Heating to a plastic state before deformation ensures perfect filling of the roll calibers, which translates into high product quality. Thanks to its seamless design, the product offers high reliability and load resistance, as well as ease of processing and installation.
