27x1 mm Cold-Rolled ERW Thin-wall Steel Pipe DC01

Cold-Rolled Welded Pipe 27x1 is a thin-walled longitudinal welded pipe with an outer diameter of 27 mm and a wall thickness of 1 mm. A running meter weighs 0.64 kg, with 1562.5 meters per ton. It is sold in lengths of 5-9 m.

The pipe is manufactured from calm and semi-quiescent structural steel DC01 (08kp) according to DSTU 8943 ( ≈ EN 10217-1 ). Electric welding of sheet billets shapes and sizes the product.

Thin-walled tubes are commonly used in furniture components for upholstered and cabinet pieces. Applications include office, kitchen, and bar stools, along with lightweight metal structures like racks, railings, bed frames, decorative parts, and guides. They are also used for automotive and agricultural machinery parts.
