27 mm Hot-rolled Hexagon Steel Bar EN 10061

Steel Hexagon Bar 27 mm is a hot-rolled steel product with a hexagonal cross-section. The diameter is 27 mm, with a linear weight of 4.96 kg per meter. One ton contains 201.61 m of rolled steel. It is available in lengths of 2–6 m.

Produced on rolling mills via hot deformation in accordance with DSTU 4737:2007 quality (TS custom dimentions) cert. 2.2. The material used for production is a heated billet of structural low-carbon steel grades St3, 20, 35, 45, 40X.

It is widely used in industry and mechanical engineering for manufacturing various components: hexagonal nuts, bolts with hexagonal heads, rings and bushings for rotating mechanisms, metal decor elements, components for fences and welded staircase structures, balcony grates, and railings. The bars are frequently used as blanks for the production of bolts, self-tapping screws, nuts, and washers.
