Description
Steel Hexagon Bar 65 mm is a hot-rolled bar with a hexagonal cross-section and a diameter of 65 mm. A running meter weighs 28.8 kg. There are 34.82 meters of rolled steel in a ton. It is available from the warehouse in lengths of 2–6 m.
In accordance with DSTU 4737:2007 ( ≈ EN 10061 cert. 3.1), billets of structural carbon steel grades St3, 20, 35, 45, 40X (S235JR, C22E, C35E, C45E, 41Cr4) are hot-rolled on a special mill to achieve the required shape and dimensions.
Hexagonal bars are primarily used to manufacture various fasteners, such as bolts, studs, and nuts for standard wrenches. They are also used to produce elements for metal structures, fences, stairs, handrails, and railings. The product is in high demand in construction, shipbuilding, aircraft manufacturing, and the production of medical and food processing equipment.
