Cold-Formed Steel Channel 50x40x4 is a variation of the conventional equal-shelf channel with rounded corners. This shape is achieved during production by rolling and bending steel sheet on specialized roll forming equipment.

The product height is 50 mm, width is 40 mm, and thickness is 4 mm. The internal rounding radius is 6 mm. Production is regulated by DSTU 8808:2018 ( acc. EN 10162 cert. 2.2 ) and utilizes cold or hot rolling methods. Cold-Formed Steel Channel 50x40x4 is supplied in 6-meter lengths.

Steel grades St3 / 08kp / 09G2S (S235JR / DX51D+Z / S355JR) are used in production. One meter weighs 3.615 kg, and one ton contains 276.24 meters.
