This shape is achieved during the production process by rolling and bending steel sheet on specialized roll-forming equipment. The inner bending radius is 6 mm. The wall thickness is 4 mm. The height of the profile is 80 mm, and the width is 50 mm.

Production of the 80x50x4 cold-formed channel is regulated by DSTU 8808:2018 ( acc. EN 10162 cert. 2.2 ) and involves cold or hot deformation using steel grades such as St3 / 08kp / 09G2S (S235JR / DX51D+Z / S355JR). The channel is supplied in 6-meter lengths. The weight per linear meter is 5.185 kg, with 193.05 meters per metric ton.
