Steel Channel 5U (type UPN) is a hot rolled steel profile with a U-shaped cross-section. This equal-shelf type features sloped inner edges of the shelves. It has a height of 50 mm and a width of 32 mm. The running meter weighs 4.84 kg, with 206.61 meters of rolled steel per ton. It is available in 12.05 m lengths. Produced by hot forming in accordance with DSTU 3436 ( ≈ EN 10025-2 cert. 3.1 + CE), a heated billet of ordinary quality structural steel grade St3ps5 (S235 / S275JR +AR) is processed on a rolling mill.
