Description
Steel loose flange DN125 PN16 is a flat part with holes for bolts and studs, enabling a strong connection of pipeline elements. It has a smaller diameter of 125 mm and a nominal pressure of PN16 bars. The flange is manufactured by forging, stamping, or plasma-arc cutting, conforming to GOST 12820-80 and EN1092-1 standards. The material used is structural carbon steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2).
The free flange (flange for bushings) is designed for mounting polyethylene pipes with a flange connection. The sleeve (bushing) is welded to the pipe's end and tightened with loose flanges. This connection type also allows for connecting other types of fittings to the stop pipe.
Customers in Poland can purchase and pick up products at UTMK's facilities in Warsaw, Łódź, Krakow, and Poznan. We also offer pickup in Sofia, Varna, and Plovdiv. Delivery is available to Żary, Glogów, Legnica, and Opole. We deliver batches of rolled products from one ton throughout Europe, including Romania, Hungary, Croatia, and France.
