Description
Steel loose flange DN180 PN10 is a flat part with holes for bolts and studs, enabling a strong connection of pipeline elements. The smaller diameter is 180 mm, and the nominal pressure is PN10 bars. It is designed for mounting polyethylene pipes with a flange connection. The sleeve (bushing) is welded to the pipe's end and tightened with loose flanges, also enabling connection to other valve types.
These flanges are manufactured by forging, stamping, or plasma-arc cutting from structural carbon steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2) billets, conforming to GOST 12820-80 and EN1092-1 standards.
