Steel loose flange DN180 PN16 is a metal product designed for connecting pipes to each other or to valves. It features a minimum diameter of 180 mm and a nominal pressure of PN16 bars. The flange is manufactured in accordance with GOST 12820-80 and EN1092-1 standards, using methods such as forging, stamping, or plasma-arc cutting of billets made from structural unalloyed steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2).
This product is primarily used for connecting pipelines, particularly for joining polyethylene pipes with fittings or connecting polyethylene pipelines to steel pipes. Connection is achieved through butt welding or thermistor welding.
